Con el presente auto se corrige el numeral décimo tercero de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-763/15, en el sentido de indicar que el nombre correcto de la accionante allí referenciada es Yaidy Jazmín Rodríguez Arévalo, y no Yorman Disney Obando Cano.

- PRIMERO. CORREGIR el numeral
- decimo.
- tercero. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia T-763 de 2015 proferida por la Sala Cuarta de Revision de la Corte Constitucional, por las razones expuestas en la presente providencia. Dicho numeral quedara de la siguiente forma:

- DECIMO.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR a Villavivienda E.I.C.E que, dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, le entregue a la senora Yaidy Jazmin Rodriguez Arevalo y a su nucleo familiar la solucion de vivienda pactada en el Contrato N.deg 492 de 13 de febrero de 2008, en el proyecto "Ciudadela San Antonio". Solo de existir impedimentos de orden tecnico o de otra naturaleza que hagan imposible la entrega de la casa a la accionante en el lote de la "Ciudadela San Antonio" que ya le habia sido asignado, Villavivienda EICE podra entregar una solucion de vivienda de las mismas condiciones pactadas en el Contrato No.492 de 13 de febrero de 2008 en cualquier otro lugar, siempre que sea dentro del municipio Villavicencio. En el mismo termino, Villavivienda EICE debera legalizar el subsidio."
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR la presente providencia a las partes por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR a la Relatoria de esta Corporacion, que adjunte copia del presente auto a la Sentencia respectiva, con el fin de que sea publicado junto con ella en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional correspondiente.
